Dear Pope Francis book published Messenger Publications, in collaboration with colleagues in Loyola Press, have published a unique book called Dear Pope Francis. In this rare publication, Pope Francis answers questions posed to him by children (6-13 years of age) from all over the world. Each letter is reproduced just as the child wrote it, each accompanied by a drawing, often in the child’s own language. The letters are translated into English and each letter is answered by Pope Francis, in his own unique way. When you read this book you can see that children often have a way of asking very profound questions that we adults would love to ask, but are perhaps impeded in some way. Therefore, even though much of what you’ll find in this book is written by children, it is enlightening for readers of all ages.
